At ASRV, we stand behind the technical performance and craftsmanship of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging with all tags attached and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
